Each session has a simple rhythm:

We slow the system down enough to feel what’s actually true.

2. Architectural Mapping (what’s split?)

Where are you performing? Where are you bracing? Where is warmth withheld?

3. Precision Shift (small, exact repatterning)

One clean adjustment changes the whole structure—no force required.

4. Integration (so it holds in real life)

You learn how to carry coherence into decisions, relationships, and high-pressure moments.

5. Completion (clean closure)

We close the session cleanly—no residue, no energetic mess.
