You can only build on truth

There was once a pheasant complaining to a bull that he had become too old to climb even the first branch of a tree.
The bull said to the pheasant :
'If you want to get to the top of the tree like you used to, you have to eat a little bit of my dung every day.
You do not have to believe me. You can just try it. It works. The whole of humanity is on it.'
Intrigued, the pheasant ate some of the bull's dung and miraculously got to the first branch of the tree.
Then, the next day, the second branch of the tree.
After five days he was again on top, and he was so happy sitting there.
The old farmer sitting on his rocket chair, saw the pheasant, took out his gun, and shot the bird.
The moral of the story is: many times, bullshit can get you on top but it never lets you stay there.
Always be aware of telling yourself the truth and not lying to yourself about this and that.
Truth is your greatest power.
When you are in truth, you are strong.
The further away you are from the truth, the weaker you become and the more you suffer.
And start with this :
‘What I know I know. What I do not know, I do not know.’
Is this fair enough?
I know means, from my own experience, not just a mere belief.
Build from the truth.
This is your first step.
